Services are performed according to EU health and safety regulations and local building codes.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A contract is formed when the customer accepts the quote.
Services begin on the agreed start date.
Prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Payment: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion (adjustable)
Late payments may incur interest as per EU consumer law.
Customers must:
Provide access to the work site
Comply with safety regulations
Provide accurate information required for services
Follow instructions from the service provider when necessary
We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Liability is limited to the total contract value, except where EU law provides otherwise.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Start and completion dates are estimates.
Delays due to force majeure, weather, or supply issues are not considered a breach.
Cancellation must be in writing at least 7 days before start.
Once services have started with the customer’s consent, withdrawal is not permitted under EU consumer law.
Deposits may be partially or fully retained in case of cancellation.
Governed by EU law, specifically compliant with regulations in Italy, Germany, and the UK.
Disputes will be resolved amicably or through the competent court.
